Meet The Staff

Ashley is Southborough Vet's Office Administrator. She joined the Southborough Veterinary Hospital team about 7 years ago- and after a brief hiatus to the sandy beaches of Florida, she came back to Massachusetts to stay and has grown and flourished into the cohesive cornerstone of our team. Ashley lives in Leominster with her family. She loves German shepherds and country music. Ashley is passionate about ensuring that the clients at Southborough Veterinary Hospital genuinely enjoy and value their experience with us.

Devon is the longest employed team member of the Southborough Veterinary Hospital family. Devon has been with Southborough Veterinary Hospital for over twenty years- yes, we said TWENTY years! It's needless to say that Devon's compassion and devotion to animals and her patients is nothing short of amazing. When away from work Devon enjoys relaxing in New Hampshire; zipping around riding snowmobiles and splashing along in the water by boat. Aside from her mountaintop and lakeside adventures, she is typically found at her home in Clinton, MA with her beloved dog, Jinx and her "stray cat" Sally.

Olivia joined the Southborough Veterinary Hospital team at the beginning of 2020. A seasoned and skilled Certified Veterinary Technician hailing from the Tuft's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine Emergency Services Department, she has gracefully transformed into our Technician Supervisor. You can most often find Olivia hard at work in our surgery suite, focusing on intricate anesthetic details and planning out progressive approaches to procedures. Outside of the office, Olivia and her Rhodesian RIdgeback mix, TInkerbell are usually out hiking and exploring in the woods!

Christen joined the Southborough Veterinary Hospital family in 2017. Christen is our Lead Exam Room Technician. Christen truly finds joy when her clients feel well informed and know that their pets/her patients are valued, respected and deeply cared for with us. When away from the office, Christen loves to hike with her 2 dogs and take them to new breweries! Fun fact about Christen: She has a special needs cat who has no teeth!

Amy has been with Southborough Veterinary Hospital for almost 20 years! As one of SVH's longest employed team members, Amy has been revered as an inspiring and invaluable team member. Amy is a Certified Veterinary Technician who loves felines! When she is at home in Mendon, MA she is usually chasing around her 2 young boys or her 3 cats!

Aly joined Southborough Veterinary Hospital in late 2020. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with a strong background in veterinary dental services. Aly loves rising to new challenges and makes sure to get a cuddle in with all of the French Bulldog patients we have! Aly lives in nearby Northborough with her family and her dog, Cooper!

Meet Kaley! A team member at Southborough Veterinary Hospital since 2020, Kaley is one of our exam room technicians. She is especially partial to the Golden Retriever breed and always lights up and loves seeing when Golden puppies stop by! Kaley owns a petsitting business. She has a- you guessed it- Golden Retriever, of her own named Bella and a cat, Shadow.

Caitlin joined the team at Southborough Veterinary Hospital a couple of years ago. She works both in Under One Woof, the Hospital's kennel as well as at the front desk as a receptionist. Caitlin's understanding of the importance of our patients' whole health shines through in the exemplary care she gives to the patients and boarders. Caitlin lives in Boylston, MA with her boyfriend and their young son. When she's not running around in our play yard with the dogs at work, she's running around with her toddler at home! Understandably, Caitlin loves Starbucks.

Alisha has been with our team here at Southborough Veterinary Hospital for quite some time. Alisha is a Certified Veterinary Technician. Alisha can usually be found trying to scratch the chin of every kitten that walks through our doors! Alicia is the proud Mom to George- a large and feisty orange cat who she found stranded outside of her front door!

Kaylee joined Southborough Veterinary Hospital several years ago. Kaylee works in our exam rooms as a Veterinary Technician. Kaylee has 2 dogs: Rain and Ralphie and 1 cat: Sassy. In her spare time, Kaylee teaches Zumba classes!

Jennissa recently joined the team here at Southborough Veterinary Hospital. She is one of our Receptionists at the front desk, triaging important phone calls throughout the day. She brings previous veterinary field experience to her role here at our Hospital. Jennissa is the proud mom to a young daughter and a cat, Dior!

Zoe is the resident ray of sunshine at Southborough Veterinary Hospital. Zoe is in college and works with us when she can in between studying- either at the front desk as a receptionist or in Under One Woof, our Kennel. Zoe has years of experience working with extreme dog rescue cases and handling animals with special needs with careful consideration for their comfort level. Zoe has a party colored Poodle named Bongo and a Labradoodle named Luna.

Maggie is one of our Kennel Attendants at Under One Woof, the Southborough Veterinary Hospital Kennel. She joined our team a few years back and we are so happy to have her! She also works at a feline-only facility which further diversifies her experiences. Maggie is currently enrolled in college and it's a great treat when she is on the floor!

Ron is a Kennel Attendant and Technician Assistant who has been a team member at Southborough Veterinary Hospital for several years. His calm, gentle demeanor often wins over the hearts of our most sensitive patients. Ron is devoted to the care and wellbeing of our patients while they are boarding and he uses his vigilant attention to detail to ensure that they have the best stay possible with us.

Haley is one of our Kennel Attendants. She has been a part of our team at Southborough Veterinary Hospital for years- since she started out with us as a volunteer when she was in high school!
