Josie Shea
Josie joined our staff as practice manager in the fall of 2006.  
Josie brings a lot of positive energy to the business side of
running our hospital.  Josie has been in the veterinary field for
over 25 years (most of that time was spent at the Brookline
Animal Hospital) and is familiar with all aspects of veterinary
medicine. In addition to her managerial skills, she is a proficient
lab technician.  Josie has many strong ties to the Southborough
area and is happy to be back home among her many friends
and family here.

Technical Staff
Amy Cellupica, CVT
Amy joined our hospital in June 2006 after completing a Bachelor
of Science degree in Animal Science at the University of  
Massachusetts at Amherst. She is a proficient veterinary
technician and is in charge of maintaining and overseeing our
surgical department.  Her duties include administering and
monitoring anesthesia, prepping patients for surgery, and
monitoring their recovery.  She is also in charge of the more
mundane but equally important tasks of stocking and keeping
inventory of our surgery supplies.  Amy's kind demeanor
combined with excellent organizational skills make her an
indispensable member of our team
Christy Daniels
Christy has been working in veterinary hospitals since her high
Christy has been working in veterinary hospitals since her high
school and college years.  She is a skilled surgical technician and
also helps out in the exam room and the front desk when needed.  
Her wide range of skills made her a perfect match for our small
hospital.  Christy has a very cute King Charles Cavalier Spaniel,
as well several very spoiled cats.  Christy also provides pet sitting
services for some of our clients.services for some of our clients.
Devon Geever
Devon joined SVH in 2001 and enjoys her role as our lead
veterinary assistant.  She is well known to most of our clients
because she often guides them though the office visit. She is
proficient in many roles in our hospital, including prepping and
monitoring surgical patients and providing medical treatments to
hospitalized pets.  Devon also helps clients with special
prescription food orders.  Her special loves include 3 fluffy cats
and two rambunctious dogs.
Office Staff
Wendy Breen
Wendy joined our team as a receptionist in September 2008.  
You can usually find her cheery smile at the front desk in the
afternoons and on some Saturdays.  Wendy is a familiar voice to
many clients on the phone, having lived in Southborough for
many years.  She is always expanding her knowledge of
veterinary medicine.  She lives in Southborough with her family
and their dog, two cats, Meyer's parrot and parakeet.
Jackie Faris
Jackie has been affiliated with the Southborough Veterinary
Hospital since the days when Dr. Ovid Fraser owned the hospital.
We happily welcomed her back after her family returned from a
few years living in North Carolina.  She spends much of her time
greeting clients at the front desk, and with her meticulous
organizational skills, helps to keep our medical records neat and
orderly.  She is a dedicated cat lover.  She and her husband
share their home with 6 beautiful cats

Hospital Hours
Jhery Gonzalez
Jhery joined our practice in 2009 with many years of practical
experience as well as a degree in Biology from Boston University.
She has worked previously as an adoption counselor at the
MSPCA shelter of the Angell Animal Medical Center.   Jhery is a
talented veterinary assistant and participates in all areas of our
hospital, including assisting with our surgical patients and
helping with patients in the exam room.  She also provides
petsitting services for some of our clients.  Jhery shares her life
with a cute cockapoo and a sweet kitty that she rescued after he
survived a fire at the shelter where he was staying.
Carol Niro
Carol joined our reception team in March of 2010.  She is a
dynamic addition to our staff, bringing with her a terrific sense of
humor and great compassion for our patients.  In her previous
work life, Carol was a preschool teacher as well as a talented
administrative worker.  Carol is blessed with a loving extended
family which includes (most importantly) a spunky little miniature
pinscher dog named Samuel.
Jamie Crivello
Jamie came to us in November of 2009.  She came to us with a
wide range of skills learned on the job as a veterinary assistant.  
She has taken some classes in veterinary science at Bekker
College, as well as some general coursework at Bridgewater
State University.  Jamie often lends her cheery presence to our
exam room, as she commonly helps the doctors with everyday
appointments.  She also performs a wide range of duties behind
the scenes, including blood collection, labwork and animal care.  
Jamie shares her home with her brand new husband, an
adorable chihuahua,  an energetic husky cross, and a sweet
black kitty named Papi.
